Manchester United ripped Club Brugge apart in the second leg of their play-off tie in the Champions League to secure qualification to the group stages.
The Red Devils recorded a 4-0 victory last night (7-1 on aggregate) and star striker Wayne Rooney scored a fantastic hat-trick for the visitors.
United’s attack has been very ineffective in the Premier League so far but they have open the flood gates in the UCL qualifiers. The fans will hope that the team will continue the goal-scoring form when they face Swansea City next Sunday.
New summer signing Sergio Romero kept yet another clean sheet and made some brilliant saves on the night to deny the Belgian side.
Ander Herrera started his first game of the season for the Red Devils and scored his first goal as well. The Spaniard was brilliant in the center of the park and in his presence United dominated the midfield battle.
