Having strengthened their defense with three quality defenders, Spurs must focus on reinforcing their attack this summer.
The current playmakers showed massive improvement last season as compared to the 2013-2014 campaign but manager Mauricio Pochettino needs to add more quality and depth.
Here are the last season’s stats of Tottenham’s three key attackers:
- Erik Lamela – 5 goals and 10 assists in 46 games
- Christian Eriksen – 12 goals and 5 assists in 48 games
- Nacer Chadli – 13 goals and 5 assists in 45 games
According to latest reports, Tottenham are closing in to sign Nigerian star Victor Moses after launching a $12.5 million bid for the Chelsea attacker.
Although Moses normally plays on the left wing, he is a versatile talent and can play anywhere in attack. He spent last two seasons on loan with Liverpool and Stoke.
The 24-year-old African star had an injury hit last season and featured in just 23 games for Stoke City. He scored 4 goals and provided 6 assists for the Potters.
Chelsea already have top playmakers like Willian, Oscar and player of the year Hazard in the squad and it will be safe to say that Moses will remain out of favor at Stamford Bridge when even someone as good as Cuadrado has warmed the bench under Mourinho.

Moses waste of £12 million….there are better players in Spain/ Europe / Scotland / Ireland
Signing Moses would show we have a lot of faith in our current playmakers and their development.
Moses would add pace and directness I prefer him to Townsend as he’s more intelligent .
Saying all of that £12 mill No way and I dont like the Idea of giving Chelsea more then they paid for him.
Chelsea have purposely tried to screw us in the past with wide players especially.

Moses will be fine and will come for about 8 million.
Definitely a developing midfield with lots of competition and some pretty solid stability.
sell adeabyor to crystal palace for 5 million and ask them to give Yannick bolassie for 20 million. instead of buying James Mccarthy, buy in-form bolassie.

sell Lennon to Everton for 8 million and Ask them to give kevin mirrallas for just 3.5 million. because he is highly rated Belgian player.
sell lamela to athletico Madrid for 25 million and ask them to give arda turan for 1 year loan.
and with the lamela sale money and stambouli sale money buy highly talented player draxler for 30 million. lamela replacement. he is an arsenal target.
so midfield will be super strong.

forward harry kane, and sign yarmolenko for 13 million money, sign him with adeabyor money plus soldado.
yarmolenko will be useful to win Europa league and michy batshuayi will help harry kane in epl.

He’s basically coming in for his 2nd season as the 1st was non-existent.
Just because he never scored as many goals as Eriksen and Chadli last season he doubled their assists with 10 to their 5.
Lamela involved in 15 goals
Eriksen involved in 17 goals
Chadli involved in 18 goals
Considering that he is still improving and is the only player we have that has the pedigree to be a world class player,I think it would be stupid as f??k to let him go!
He was fully expected to be the nxt Maradonna when he was a youth in Argentina!
I think if he gets a couple of early goals like Chadli did last season he will go on to be our Talisman and RealMadrid will come calling !
As for Moses surely we can get better than him???
Shaquri wud be my number one choice another player with bags of pedigree who needs a run of games to get back to his best!
With all the middle men we’ve let go we have to sign McCarthy or someone else!
Llorente will be a good signing for a couple of seasons as the epl looks made for him!
