Liverpool comfortably won their first friendly of the pre-season tour against Thai All Stars and will face Brisbane roar next tomorrow.
The merseysiders tried two completely different teams for both halves against Thai All Stars and won the game 4-0 with two goals netted in each half.
Lazar Markovic and Mamadou Sakho scored in the opening half whereas Adam Lallana and Belgian international Divock Origi netted in the second 45 minutes to seal the victory.
As far as the game against Brisbane is concerned, manager Brendan Rodgers must start his strongest side and try to gel the best players in the system from now onwards to settle them well before the new season.
Alberto Moreno did not even start in either half in the last game. The Spaniard should return to the starting XI as left back with Clyne covering the right. Skrtel and Sakho as CBs.
Henderson and Milner should start in midfield with Lallana, Markovic and Ibe starting in attack behind Origi.
Here is Liverpool’s strongest XI to face Brisbane Roar.
