Chelsea Close in – How Blues will Line up with $22.3m Star

A player of Pedro’s quality deserves first team football but not many can start in attack when you have the likes of Neymar, Suarez and Messi in the squad. Now that Arda Turan has arrived at Nou Camp from Atletico Madrid, the situation has become even more complex for Pedro.
Hence a move to PL Champions makes complete sense. He has normally played on the flanks and should get the same role at Chelsea as well. Since player of the year Hazard is irreplaceable on the left hand side of attack, Pedro will replace Willian when he does start for Blues.
