According to reports, the Gunners are ready to sign Argentine international Gonzalo Higuain this summer as Napoli are willing to cash in on the former Real Madrid star.

Gonzalo has been Napoli’s star striker since the move from Los Blancos but Serie A side’s failure to qualify for Champions League is a stumbling block for a player of his caliber.
Higuain was arguably the flop of the game in the Copa America final vs Chile as he missed a decent chance in the second half to score and terribly missed his spot kick in the penalty shootouts as well.
However, everyone is aware of the fact that he is a top striker and arguably better than any forward Arsenal currently have in their squad.
Arsenal supporters have been waiting for a world class striker since the departure of Dutch international Robin van Persie to Manchester United. The addition of Higuain will hopefully solve that dilemma for good much to the delight of Gunner fans.
