Arsenal Agree Deal & Close in on Another Top Signing

Arsenal today announced on their website that they have agreed a long term contract with Carl Jenkinson and have once again loaned him out to West Ham United.
The 23 year old English star is delighted to have re-joined the Hammers as he claimed:

On the other hand, Metro report that Arsenal have submitted an offer of £7.7million to hire the services of Napoli left back Ghoulam as current gunner Nacho Monreal is linked with a move away from Emirates to join Spanish side Athletic Bilbao.
