Manchester United have already reinforced their attack with a top signing from PSV Eindhoven in the form of Memphis Depay.
However, reports suggest that United will further amplify the quality of their offense by hiring the services of Spanish international Pedro from Barcelona.
As per the provided Express link, Spanish sources like Marca and AS Diario claim that Manchester United have agreed deal with the Catalan giants to sign the 27-year-old winger.
Pedro featured in 35 league games for Barcelona last season, scored 6 goals and provided 6 assists.
However, the La Roja star could only start 15 league games. He surely needs more game time but that is not really possible if Neymar, Suarez and Messi remain fit. Hence a move to Man United makes sense.
Express understands that Pedro will cost around $31m ($25m fee and further $6m in add-ons). Moreover, report also states that the deal could be finalized in days (by the end of the week) with Marca stressing that Pedro is eager to exit Barcelona.
Manchester United need a striker more than an attacking playmaker because they already have the likes of Mata, Depay and Di Maria in the squad and let go Robin van Persie and Falcao.
It will not be a surprise to see Angel di Maria leave Old Trafford this summer if Pedro is really signing for the English giants.

Pedro may not be a super star but he is a great player. With this deal, MU forward line will be very formidable. MU must close the deal immediately.
Pedro is like Sanchez of Arsenal full of pace and an eye for goal.
Lets sign him and put him on the Left wing if we use a 4-3-3 formation. Man utd will be unstoppable just imagine:
Schweinsteiger Di Maria Herrera.
Pedro Rooney Depay.
Wow even Chelsea wont stand a chance
#welcome to MUFC Pedro! LvG, Get the deal finalized as soon as possible bearing in mind chelsea can steal from your hand!
#pedro is a nice player just like Sanchez but if that is a deal that will eventually see Angel Di Maria leave Old Trafford then I Must curse that deal to the hell! Di Maria must be given his second season to proove his worth and probably he’ll do that. I see buying upto six new players and allow the quality of Angel Di Maria leave is just a zero Work! Mark my words mr LvG!
