R Federer is playing solid recently, he has won the tournament in Halle, Germany in June, also he has easily won two matches at Wimbledon against Dzumhur and Querrey. Federer hasn't dropped a single set in his latest six matches.
S Groth recently lost to Troicki, was eliminated in the secound round at Nottingham, dropped a set against J Sock in the openning match at Wimbledon.
R Federer and S Groth have met last year at the US Open and Federer has won the match in straight sets (6-4 6-4 6-4). I expect Federer to dominate in the upcoming match also.
