Spurs – $17m Move will be Accepted for Star Playmaker

Tottenham are linked with players to improve their attack and the latest player in the limelight will surely be a brilliant addition at White Hart Lane.
The player in discussion is Swiss international Xherdan Shaqiri. The 23 year old is an immensely talented playmaker with great potential. Unfortunately, a move to Bayern at the wrong time did him no good.
In his first season with Bayern, Shaqiri started mere 17 games and still had brilliant stats, scored 8 goals and provided 13 assists.
Mostly warmed the bench in the second season with the German giants as well, started only 14 games, scored 4 goals and provided 7 assists.
Last season, Shaqiri only started 5 games in the first half of the season for Bayern and became a frustrated figure before leaving for Inter Milan in January.
Since joining Serie A side, Shaqiri has not been able to get his best form back and according to Italian source TuttoMercatoWeb three Premier league clubs want Shaqiri while Mancini is not interested in keeping the playmaker and is ready to sell him for $17m.
The mentioned price will be an absolute bargain for player of Shaqiri’s calibre. Metro claim that Liverpool, Man United and Tottenham are linked to sign him.
Spurs though should really push for his sign him as Liverpool have already splashed heavy cash to sign Firmino while United have signed Depay and both do not really need more attacking playmakers.
Capable of playing anywhere in attacking midfield, Shaqiri can prove to be as good as Christian Eriksen.
