Manchester United are already active in the transfer window having sealed one deal to secure Memphis Depay from PSV.
However, the Red Devils want to reinforce their attack even more to have enough quality depth required to challenge for the title.
As far as the playmakers are concerned, Louis van Gaal has world class players like Mata and Di Maria already in the squad. Other than that much effective Ashley Young, Belgian star Januzaj and even Fellaini is used in the attack.
Now that Depay has been added to the list of attackers, United still want to sign more if reports are anything to go by.
According to reports, Benfica star playmaker Nicolas Gaitan has agreed Manchester United move after transfer talks.
As per the provided link, Manchester United winger Nani who spent last season on loan with Sporting might be included as part of the deal.
This season, The Argentine international has directly contributed in 20 goals (4 goals, 16 assists) for the Primeira Liga club in 36 games.
A fee of around €29m has been reported in the media last month and Daily Star even suggested that the English giants should confirm the move soon.
Although Gaitan is versatile and can play in multiple positions in attack but so can Di Maria and United must give more time to their record signing.
On the other hand, Gaitan prefers playing on the left hand side of attack where Depay should be starting and United have Young as cover as well.
We shall see how the transfer saga unfolds in the coming days.

This is rubbish instead of signing a defensive mid fielder, Man U is signing a winger where they have so many good players. It is a waste of money.
We need more defenders not midfilders
This is bulls*** money drives man utd insane, there’s no need to reinforce attacking options due to the fact that we got lots of world class players forward so basically what we suppose to do is to mid-fielders and defenders..
We still need players in attack. I mean players who are seriously hungry for goal and not just play fancy football but rather attack with force.
Manchester united was costed position two because of defensive inexperiance.Would be better if good experienced defenders are signed not strikers who are already enough for the team.
Nicolas wouldn’t be a bad addition but we seriously need a box to box midfielder and two defenders, right back and central defender. LVG can do better with his signings than this.
