Manchester United have been linked with various central defenders this summer and they must sign a top quality player to reinforce the back line.
The Red Devils have agreed deal to sign young Dayot Upamecano from Valenciennes as published few days back but the 16 year old star is definitely one for the future.
However, now reports suggest that Red Devils have sealed deal for a top central defender in the form of Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos.

As per the provided link, Ramos’ agent hinted that the versatile star might be leaving the European giants this summer and if United have really sealed the deal to sign the Spaniard then it is a massive coup.
Ramos has won every major trophy with Real Madrid and also with national side Spain and remains one of the most highly rated defenders.
Althoug, United still need a quality right back and Ramos can play ther but expect Sergio should form a central defense partnership with Argentine Marcos Rojo if he joins.
United must act fast and seal all important signings so that they can gel the new players together before the season kicks off in August.

I prefer Otamendi to Ramos. Ramos collects too much red cards especially in crucial matches that are must win. He has done that several times against Barcelona and other top clubs in Spain.
