AGREED Deal – Man United Finally clear to Sign €25m Attacker

Roberto Firmino HoffenheimManchester United have been linked with numerous attacking players in the recent weeks as Louis van Gaal looks to amplify the quality of the side’s offense.
Already Dutch playmaker Memphis Depay deal has been secured by the Red Devils and he is likely going to play on the left hand side of attack for United in his preferred position.
On the other hand, there have been rumors that Argentine attacker Nicolas Gaitan has agreed move to Manchester United as well and that the Old Trafford club will announce the move soon.
Now reports are emerging that Manchester United are clear to sign €25m rated Brazilian playmaker Roberto Firmino from German side Hoffenheim.
As per the provided Metro link, Firmino’s agent claims that the player is most likely going to be moving abroad and United are hoping to secure his signing soon.
Previously, Daily Star reported that Manchester United have agreed deal to sign the Samba star in the summer window. Whether or not that is true, we shall know soon.
Firmino has been brilliant over the past couple of years and was a key player for Hoffenheim this season as well.
In 36 games this season, Roberto has netted 10 times and provided 12 assists mainly playing as attacking midfielder.
His brilliant performances earned him the place in the Brazilian national side and has also been named in the Copa America squad. The 23 year old will be a fantastic addition to United’s attack.

  2. Frank Akomea says:

  3. Emma says:

Provided we have a formidable defence, midfield and forward, to be a strong contender for every trophy next season, i don’t care about the signings of the coach. I always pray Manutd bounce back strong to take massive control of every game. Proud of united and wish the team the very best next season. GGMU

let me be clear, Firmino is not United quality an isn’t even as good as Hernandez so can we please drop these silly transfer rumours!
Depay is a great addition and only the likes of Hummels, Alves, Pogba, Ronaldo or Bale should be considered good enough to improve the United starting XI. Personally I believe United should only sanction the transfer of De Gea to Madrid for the return of Ronaldo, use Van Persie to get either Pogba or Vidal from Juventus, use Cleverley to get Benteke off Villa and use Hernandez to sign Clyne from Southampton and take Alves from Barca to help develop Clyne too! We already have an excellent keeper to replace De Gea in Valdes but we could also look at signing ether Lloris or Cech, we’d have a very strong squad which would b very capable of challenging for trophies next season:
    GK. Valdes / Lloris
    RB. Alves / Clyne
    LB. Shaw / Young
    CB. Hummels / Smalling
    CB. Rojo / Jones
    RW. Ronaldo / Valencia
    LW. Depay / Di Maria
    CM. Carrick / Blind
    CM. Pogba / Herrera
    FD. Mata / Fellaini
    ST. Rooney / Benteke
With 2 quality players for every position the balance of the squad would be perfect and as we’re also off loading unwanted players the overall outlay for these summer transfers would be around £120m, the average age of the squad would be good and there would be 6 Champions League winners as well as 16 domestic title winners from the 22 man squad.

Benteke, we can try to lure him, but Pogba, vidal, bale, ronaldo, we must forget. There are young cheap talents that can win trophies at man utd. Schneiderlin, Gregory van Der weil, Gundogan, otamendi Kane, can bring glory at OT, trust me.
