Chelsea Must not Make the Same Mistake Again

Juan Mata ChelseaChelsea have one of the best attacking midfielders in the world with the player of the season Eden Hazard leading the line.
Since the return of Jose Mourinho, the Blues have started letting go top playmakers as somehow the Portuguese thought they did not fit in.
Twice Chelsea player of the season Juan Mata was sold by Mourinho to rivals Man United. Understandable because Mata was not the man who could perform as per Jose’s work rate requirements but still a top class player.
Then Mourinho let go one of the best young playmakers in the world Kevin de Bruyne.
Kevin De Bruyne of Chelsea The Belgian leads the way with most assists in Europe this season and was never given proper chance by Mourinho. De Bruyne was the perfect player to play behind the striker.
Blues are looking to sign Griezmann, really would not have been required if De Bruyne was there.
Blues secured Mohamed Salah from Basel. Mourinho kind of player who would track back to defend and has searing pace to rip defenses part.
However, Egyptian could mostly warm the bench before being loaned to Fiorentina in winter. Since his move to Serie A, Salah has been fantastic as one of their best players.
Juan Cuadrado Colombia World CupIn Winter, Chelsea splashed the cash to sign Juan Cuadrado, the Colombian who had the highest number of assists in the 2014 World Cup.
Mourinho though preferred Willian and now after mere half a season where Juan made just 4 Premier League starts, he is linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge and back to Italy.
Chelsea must not make the same mistake again with Cuadrado. He is a versatile player and must be given fair chance to prove himself.
