Arsene Wenger is renowned for signing young players and taking them to the next level, making them stars and then they are sold for hefty fees.
How many such stars can you mentioned, Nasri, Fabregas, Van Persie to name a few. Fortunately that habit of selling key players is now diminishing as Gunners are building a strong team to challenge for the PL title next season.
However, for that to happen, Arsene Wenger must complete top quality signings. The likes of Liverpool and Man United have already been busy as far as transfers are concerned while all you hear for gunners are rumors with nothing concrete.
Well there is some concrete news for Arsenal supporters as the club have secured their first signing. It is not a signing for the first team though but anyways, at least it is a start.
Gunners have sealed €100,000 deal for Vlad Dragomir from ACS Poli Timisoara. The young Romanian central midfielder captains the U-16 national side and is delighted to have secured move to Arsenal.
Dragomir stated:
“The Arsenal offer seemed the best to me, I felt that this is my place,”
“I am very glad to sign and I hope not to disappoint anyone.”
Arsenal must now turn their attention towards improving the first team. They must improve the quality and depth of key departments to stand any chance of challenging Chelsea and Man City for the Premier League crown

Which key departments should be imprpved that cannot be done with the transfer window yet to open? Arsenal obviously do not need wholesale changing of the squad like Liverpool or ManU. Pete Cech is having a medical at Arsenal as per you guys. So, two or three more signings can still happen in July alone. Patience everyone!
Arsenal have reflected potential challenge for the EPL next season, we do all appreciate that we need some few signings; yes several potential signings have been listed but dont forget that most of the players named as likely transfers are only recommendations resultimg from you the press who only wishfully think these should happen, management at Arsenal have not indicated any interests but Petr Checq has been sorted still implying that he has been surely on Wenger’s radar
