Uruguay are the best performing team in Copa America, winning the 2011 edition. Apart from Suarez who is out, everyone else is available. They have much stronger squad with some well-known names like Muslera, Maxi Pereira, Alvaro pereira, Fucile and Cavanni. Their recent games have been at good level, though.
Jamaica's squad is not amateurish – they have a lot of players playing in England Championship and MLS, also some players from scandinavian clubs. Still, there are not quite prolific names here. They won the Carriben Cup this year but we have to note that actualy their only good results were achieved against clubs from this region. In games from qualifiers and friendlies against stronger teams they lose like 90% of the time. Nevertheless, most of these losses were by 1 goal margin and we ahve to take in account their last 2 friendlies in which they beat Cuba and Venezuela earlier this year. There are no expectations fro them, though as They have much more important Gold Cup coming later in the year.
No idea why so much money are being staked on Reggae boys, line fell from -1.75 to -1.5. I believe fair line is -1.75 with 1.90 here.
