Tottenham SEAL Double Deal, Striker Next?

Spurs finished the season in 5th place as Liverpool were humiliated on the final day by Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium.
However, once again, Tottenham failed to achieve their main objective of finishing the season in the top four and qualify for Champions League.
Europa League it will be again for the North Londoners next season and they need quality signing if they are to have any chance of finishing in the top four next season.
The latest transfer news is positive for Spurs as reports suggest that they have already sealed double deal to secure the likes of Konoplyanka and Wimmer.
Konoplyanka is a speedy playmaker who has been linked with a move to White Hart Lane for quite some time and Metro suggests that Spurs have agreed deal to sign the Ukrainian star.
On the other hand, the same media source claim that FC Koln’s 22 year old center half, Kevin Wimmer has confirmed that he will be playing for Tottenham next season. He claimed:

“I go to Tottenham to go to the next level of my career,”
“It is the next step in my development, I don’t mind if they play next season in the Europa League.”

Spurs fans will be hoping to make the mentioned moves official as soon as possible and focus on further reinforcements.
Specifically, Tottenham need depth in the strike-force where all the burden is being carried on by one Harry Kane. Spurs need a quality backup or strike partner with the England international.
