Chelsea Player Ratings vs Crystal Palace – Champions

Chelsea have secured their fourth Premier League title, third under the management of Jose Mourinho.
Blues were not all impressive against Crystal Palace but all they needed was a victory to win the coveted prize.
Player of the Year, Eden Hazard scored the only goal of the game and Chelsea’s rock solid defense held on to become champions of England.
In defense, Cahill was the better central defender and Mourinho added Mikel in the second half with Matic to make things more comfortable for the defenders.
The next few games are just a case of formality for the Blues but the race for top 4 may still be alive with Liverpool and United competing for final CL place.
Chelsea will host Liverpool next at Stamford Bridge and the merseysiders will be giving the champions the deserved guard of honor. Not to forget, Chelsea were the ones to effectively end Liverpool’s title hopes last season.
