I think there is a nice value on way team here . City is in good form that is true . They have 5 wins in a row . But in this match they will not have some big motivation as they will finish second no matter of result in this match .

On other side Southampton is fighting for Europa league as they have only one point less than Tottenham who is 6th and 2 points less than fifth placed Liverpool . Also in this match they coming full of confidence after huge win against Aston villa in previous round of 6-1 . So I think they have good chances to make surprise in this match or in worst case to at least stay unbeaten .
