Chelsea are on their way to win the Premier League title again, their first since 2010 and much credit goes to the best player Eden Hazard.
The Belgian international has ripped defenses apart for fun this season and was always the favorite to win the Player of the Year prize.
To absolute no surprise, Hazard won the coveted trophy and became only the second Chelsea player to win the prize after John Terry did in 2005 helping his team win their first PL title.
This season, the former Lille playmaker has featured in every league game thus far, has scored 13 goals and provided 9 assists as well.
Chelsea drew 0-0 versus Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium yesterday and have a 10 point lead at the top with only 5 games to go. It will be safe to say that Jose Mourinho has sealed his third Prermier League title after winning the prize in 2005 and 2006.
