Outstanding – Arsenal Player Ratings vs Liverpool

Arsenal ripped Liverpool apart at the Emirates Stadium 4-1 to take 9 points lead over the merseysiders.
Reds have been dealt a heavy blow in pursuit of Champions League football as even United won their game and are now 8 points ahead.
Gunners were outstading from the word go as they pressurized Liverpool’s shaky defense who clearly missed leader Martin Skrtel. Sakho and Toure lost they ball way too cheaply but Mignolet saved Reds early on.
Liverpool had the golden chance to open the scoring in the first half as Coutinho found a pass where by Markovic and Sterling were up against Ospina. The Serb overcooked his pass to Sterling and the chance was wasted.
Arsenal stepped up and scored 3 goals in the last eight minutes of the first half. Ozil and Sanchez were the chief tormentors on the day.
In the second half, Arsenal were comfortable and could have scored more. Liverpool pulled one back from the spot but there was no come back as Can was sent off.
