Manchester United are in the market for a central midfielder this summer and the latest name linked is Roma star Radja Nainggolan.
The Red Devils must improve the quality of their squad if they are to challenge for the Premier League title next season.
Not to forget, the Old Trafford club is likely going to play in Champions League next season and will not want to end up like Liverpool who exited the competition in group stage this season.
According to reports, Manchester United are lining up 40 million Euros move to secure the signing of Nainggolan who has been a key player for the Serie A side this season.
Central midfield is his preferred position but the 26 year old Belgian international can play as a deep lying playmaker cum holding mid star as well.
In 29 league appearances for Roma this season, Radja has netted 4 goals and provided 3 assists. His disciplinary record is not so clean though as he has been yellow carded 9 times in Serie A this term.
As per the provided link, Liverpool have been keen to sign the Roma star but United are now interested and have sent officials to run the rule over the signing of Nainggolan.
Liverpool will be without their skipper Steven Gerrard next season and must sign a proven quality player to replace him. The battle between two great rivals over the signature of Nainggolan will be intriguing.

He’ll be a better player for Manchester United for years to come. He is still young with great composure. Great lad, sign him up. #GGMU
