DONE DEAL – Man United Target Finally Puts Pen to Paper

Manchester United have been looking to sign a right full back for quite some time but Moyes failed and so far Van Gaal has not solved the dilemma yet.
Brazilian international Rafael was a regular under the management of Alex Ferguson but now finds himself in a complex scenario.
