Deal Close – How Arsenal will Line up with Versatile Midfielder

Arsenal have one of the best attacking playmakers in the league but central midfield is one department where they lack quality and depth.
The likes of Flamini and Arteta are past it while Wilshere has proved to be a liability with his inconsistent form and horrific injury record.
For now, Arsenal’s midfield have main men as Coquelin and Ramsey but they are looking to secure another signing in the form of Chilean international Charles Aranguiz.

The 25 year old versatile midfielder mainly plays in central midfield but is also effective in attack as his stats suggest.
Last season in 29 appearances, Aranguiz scored 10 goals and also provided 4 assists. He was part of the World Cup side that lost to Brazil on penalties last year and Charles scored easily the best penalty of the tournament.
He also featured in the latest friendly held between Chile and Brazil at the Emirates Stadium as Samba Boys came won 1-0.
