N.E.C. is in an excellent series of nine consecutive victories in the Dutch Eerste Divisie (9-0-0 25-6), which is not a big surprise actually, given the fact, that the potential of this team is far above the potential of the majority of the teams in this league.

However, more important for my bet is, that the hosts showed really good efficiency in attack in most of their games in 2015, as they managed to score at least two goals in eight of those ten encounters, including thirteen goals in four games at “Stadion de Goffert” in this period (N.E.C. – Helmond Sport 3-1 ; N.E.C. – Jong PSV 5-2 ; N.E.C. – Roda JC Kerkrade 3-0 ; N.E.C. – SC Telstar 2-0).

FC Volendam, on the other hand, won only one point from the last three away games (0-1-2 4-7), but the Oranges managed to score at least one goal in each of those three encounters, as well as two or more goals in ten of their previous fourteen visits in this league (8-2-4 41-24).

I expect open and attacking football in this match and more than three goals.
