The Charlotte Hornets were a horrible team that quickly rose last season, lifting themselves right into the playoffs. The expectations off of last season's success were pretty high, and this team took a big fall to start the season. They are fortunate to be in the Eastern Conference where their seven games under .500 record is good enough for the playoffs. Toronto is just 1-6 in their last seven games but continues to be a better than .600 team, and I think they focus for this one in a very winnable game – and they need a win. The Hornets have not protected home hardwood very well, and stand at 3-7 ATS in their last 10 at home vs. a team with a winning road record. The Raptors get back on track tonight, so take Toronto.
