Chelsea extended the league at the top of the premier league to seven points as Manchester City dropped points at the weekend.
The Blues will hope to maintain or further move ahead of the Citizens when they face Everton in midweek and Stoke host Manchester City.
Away from home, Chelsea ripped Everton apart scoring 6 past them with striker Diego Costa getting a hat-trick this season.
However, the Spanish international is still suspended and will not be featuring against Everton at Stamford Bridge. Expect Drogba to keep his place in the starting XI.
Winter signing Juan Cuadrado may as well make his first start for his new club in midweek.
On the other hand, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has claimed that star midfielder Cesc Fabregas will return to feature against Everton as he was protected against Villa at the weekend.
Expect the La Roja star to partner Matic in central midfield. Here is Chelsea’s strongest XI to face Everton.

Willian shouldn’t be displaced for cuadrado
The decision by the blues boss, jose is not a bad one, becus william need a match rest for more potential. He was risk against villa something that is not good. He need rest realy
You can’t know a player is good enough or not without giving him a chance to show what he can do in the pitch.
So if I were Mourinho I would pick Cuadrodo over Willian to see his potential.
That’s my opinion.
And again it is too early to expect good things from Cuadrado but he needs game time.
Oscar should be dropped for Willian. Hazard,Willian and Cuadrado as my attacking 3.
Please, let Willian start and subs for Cuadrado ±25 from time…. Can’t just introduced him one time,he needs time…
Cuadrado needs time to adapt fully……mourinho should start with William….after 70minutes of play, introduce cuadrado…remember this is English league nt italian league…
Henry is perfectly right. Cuadrado needs time to adapt to the Chelsea set up and the English game.
Remy over Drogba any day of the week, and Willian then its OK.
With Drogba, the team lacks thrust in forward surge. He must be phased out.
Oscar should be dropped not willian!!!! Though willian needs some rest!
The Blues boss Jose made a fine decision to rest William for Cuadrado not Oscar. William work rate in the midfield is lower than oscar, this guy give asist and score even more than william.
Cuadrado needs as much time as possible. We also need to start Remy as Drogs doesnt have the legs. Zouma needs to start now over Cahill as hes not been himself all season. We need to go into this thinking about PSG and really giive Everton some stick and show everyone just what we are made of.
To me Drogba should be droped. For Drogba to play let him pull defender out from box area to allow space for Hazard,Oscur,Willian,Rsmirez, and Cuadrado. Jose teach Matic how to play hard shots, return balls .Ivano should avoid estatlng with ball .should be first touch cross, this would help us alot.Cahill she avoid pulling strikers or make them thrill around the box he shd attack.
Young players needs more time to prove themselves.
