Tottenham Ready to Splash €34m & Sign Star

Tottenham Hotspur are in search of a midfielder in the winter transfer window and more than a few names are linked.
In the past few days, Everton’s James McCarthy was in the limelight as Spurs want to secure the services of the frustrated former Wigan man.
Lately, reports have indicated that the North Londoners have agreed a loan deal for French youngster and PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
However, arguably the best midfielder currently linked with a move to White Hart Lane is none other than Southampton’s Morgan Schneiderlin.
The Les Bleus star is one of the main reasons why Saints have been flying high this season. Manager Ronald Koeman let go many stars but ensured that he held on to Schneiderlin and it is paying off.
According to reports, Tottenham are ready to splash as much as €34m to sign Morgan Schneiderlin from Southampton this month.
Arsenal and Manchester United are keen to secure him as well and it remains to be seen what Southampton does.
Tottenham, Manchester United and Arsenal are the main rivals of Southampton as far as CL qualification for next season is concerned.
Saints have done brilliant to be in the top 4 after first half of the season and cannot afford to lose their key players or else the CL dream is likely going to shatter.
