Man United's Prime €38m Target Wants to be Arsenal Gunner

Mats Hummels DortmundManchester United were very keen to sign World Class players for their central defense last summer but in all honesty they could not.
Red Devils secured a young full back for mammoth sum who has great potential but still far from world class.
On the other hand, they lured 24 year old Argentine Marcos Rojo who has been more influential while playing as left back for club and country but for now plays in the central defense for Man United.
United let go their two legendary center halves in the form of Ferdinand and former captain Vidic last summer and have not been able to replace them. In turn, their form has been utter disaster because of fragile defense.
Last summer, United’s prime defensive transfer target was German international and Dortmund’s captain Mats Hummels who is arguably one of the best central defenders in the world and was the best defender during the World Cup.
Mats opted to stay in the summer. However, Louis van Gaal has been handed a major blow in his pursuit as reports suggest that Hummels now wants to be an Arsenal gunner.
As per the provided link, €38m star would prefer a move to the Emirates over Old Trafford and that is probably the best transfer news for Gunners. Also, the move can happen in January is another huge plus.
Surely, Man United can offer Hummels more wages than Arsenal but perhaps it is the German connection of Arsenal with players like Ozil, Mertesacker, Podolski, Gnarby already there that attracts Mats.
Arsenal are ready to move for the Kaiser and must do all to secure his services.
