Liverpool started the season in decent fashion winning 2 out of three premier league games and showed signs of form that propelled them to second last season.
However, since the end of August, the merseysiders have not played even one convincing game.
They have looked vulnerable at the back but that is not something new, for worst the Reds have lost their spark upfront even at Anfield.
With injuries to key players like Sturridge, Allen and new summer signing Emre Can, Liverpool suffered in the hectic month of September.
Nevertheless, Brendan Rodgers men defeated West Brom in their final game before the second international break and will have key stars returning for the contest against QPR.
The biggest boost for Liverpool is that star striker Daniel Sturridge will be back to amplify the quality of attack.
Moreover, Liverpool’s versatile midfielder Emre Can, signed from Bayer Leverkusen for £10m is also fit and available for the QPR game. The German international claimed:
“I should be fit and available for the QPR game but of course whether I play any part in that game is down to the coach and how I get on in the training sessions next week.”
“I’ve only played about 50 minutes in total but my initial impression about the Premier League is that there is much more tempo to the games here compared to Germany.”
Highly unlikely that he will go straight into the starting lineup but should get an appearance from the bench and can provide much needed support in midfield.
Moreover, veteran captain Gerrard continues to play 90 minutes every game and Can can also reduce burden on him by covering the deep lying playmaker/DM role.

I am glad for the player that he is on the road back. He looked very impressive in the moments he has been able to play and looked to fit in very well.
