Manchester United are all set for the winter transfer spending as they look to reinforce squad again during the January window.
The Red Devils did strengthen their squad in the summer but still not all departments were adequately reinforced.
Hence, Van Gaal now looks to find the available solutions in the next transfer market.
In mid-season, signing world class players is easier said than done with many of them not available or interested in moving. On the other hand, United do not offer CL football and those with the opportunity to play in KO rounds will hardly look for a move.
In such a scenario, United are targeting top players but also those that can be bought with relative ease and for a bargain.
According to reports, Manchester United are in for a double winter delight with two bargains deal being focused on.
The players in discussion are Netherlands stars Aston Villa captain Ron Vlaar and AC Milan enforcer Nigel de Jong.
Louis van Gaal wants his compatriots to join him at Old Trafford. The duo were brilliant under Van Gaal during the World Cup and will largely improve United’s defensive and midfield concerns.
Both Vlaar and Van Gaal will be out of contract next summer so Villa and Milan would surely not want them to move for a free being significant.
In such a scenario, United are planning for bargain offers to secure both stars to Old Trafford.

That is practical.Because both players are about to finish their contract therefore good bargain can be possible. Dong and Vlaar can fit to the areas where MU squard is experiencing weakness. The point is to be having a team to propell us to top 4.Then next year we can strengthen the squard to lift both champion and UEFA.not to mention the FA and etc.
All the best MU Family.
Kimatarle.
Man United is a big club. But without Champions league football, it’ll be hard lure players to the club. I know we can get De Jong and Vlaar.
But if we can get Hummels, then, I’ll certainly substitute Vlaar for him. Hummels is a world class defender and he’ll be really hard to get considering his love for his club. Let’s just be optimistic and keep our fingers crossed.
One love, United.
