Capable of playing as a central/attacking midfielder, Alli is one for the future and fans will hope that when Gerrard retires, this youngster learns and develops enough to carry the club forward.
For now, he is surely carrying the league one side in the right direction.
At just the age of 18, Alli has gained a lot of experience already as he featured in 33 league games last season.
This term, in 9 league appearances, the youngster has directly contributed in no less than 7 goals, scoring 6 and assisting one.
As per the provided link, Liverpool will send Dele Alli back on loan for the remainder of the season after confirming the move in January.
Liverpool are seriously lacking depth in midfield at the moment because of injuries to key first team players like Allen and Can.
Many eye brows will be raised on Alli’s capture mainly the fee as 8 million pounds is by all means very high for a teenager who does not have premier league experience at his disposal.

Wish him fine in his career. I remembered the”gradualism” between Cesc and Vieira.
