Chelsea have got an easy group in the Champions League as compared to other English clubs but this weekend the focus will again be on the premier league.
The Blues have comfortably won their opening two fixtures against newly promoted sides and will face their first tough test when they visit merseyside to face Everton on Saturday.
Toffees have are still in search of their first win this season as they let their lead slip in both games against Leicester and Arsenal.
Roberto Martinez’s men defeated Chelsea in this fixture last season and Lukaku will have a massive point to prove to Jose Mourinho who let him leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
As far as Chelsea lineup is concerned, Diego Costa is a major doubt as the former Atletico Madrid forward suffered an ankle injury. Expect legendary Didier Drogba to start as the lone striker.
On the other hand, German international Andre Schurrle was subbed off in the last game because of leg injury and if he is not fit, expect Brazilian star Willian to get the nod. The rest of the lineup is likely going to be the same as the first two games.
Here is Chelsea’s strongest XI to face Everton.
