More than the Club, the Star himself wants Arsenal Move

Arsenal football club is in search of a top quality defensive midfielder this summer as they continue to reinforce their squad for next season.
Having lured the likes of Sanchez, Debuchy and Ospina, perhaps the holding midfielder is the last key signing Arsene Wenger wants to make as he has already claimed that the club are not interested in signing any more forwards.
The holding midfielder largely linked with a move to Emirates this summer is German international and Real Madrid star Sami Khedira.
The World Cup winner is arguably one of the best CDMs in the world at the moment and will jump straight into the starting lineup ahead of Arteta and Flamini.
Gunners were ripped apart by quality opposition like City, Liverpool and Chelsea last season and one of the main reasons behind such embarrassing defeats was the weak defensive midfield.
Arsenal want to sign him and Khedira wants to join Gunners as well. With the arrival of compatriot Toni Kroos, Real Madrid have somewhat overcrowded central midfield with Modric, Alonso and Illaramendi also there.
On the other hand, gunners like Podolski, Mertesacker and Ozil are another reason why Khedira is tempted to join Arsenal.
The only mentioned dilemma going on in the media is Khedira’s wage bill. As it seems, his demands are not going to be met by the club as they have a set pay and do not want to pay anyone over the odds.
However, as per latest reports, more than the club, it seems that the German star himself wants Arsenal move as he is ready to lower his wage demands to make the move possible.
