Manchester United to Strike €123m+ Superstars Deal during the World Cup 2014?

Louis Van GaalWith their new permanent manager Louis van Gaal keeping all his focus on Dutch national side for now, Manchester United have again dropped behind rivals in the transfer market.
Perhaps without the proper involvement of the legendary manager, United are finding it hard to lure their targets.
Nevertheless, Van Gaal is doing his job and will only be responsible for United’s role after the World Cup. For now, he has handed the transfer targets list to the Red Devils and want them to lure targets timely.
According to Daily Mail, Manchester United boss wants the club to sign German trio of Mats Hummels, Thomas Muller and Bastian Schweinsteriger during the world cup 2014, who have a combined price tag of more than €123m.
The question remains, can United lure the mentioned top quality starlets without even playing in Europe next season.
Bayern Munich duo of Muller and Schweinsteiger are big admirers of Van Gaal as the former was promoted to first team by him and the latter transformed into a completely different star from an attacking midfielder to an accomplished central midfielder.
Borussia Dortmund central defender Mats Hummels is one of the best in the business but as per the provided link, the German side are eager to keep him.
Pulling off such a massive deal is easier said than done but making it possible will be brilliant as these three stars will improve the defense, midfield as well as the attack.

The problem in delaying these quality players signature is only one reason, and that is because Man utd is out of Europe Football next season which will make it hard to sign quality players who has eager to show there quality in Europe competition. I really hope Van Gaal would Land the Man utd Defense and Midfield area very well.
Hoping to see Mats Hummels, Vidal, Miranda, Koke & Bastian to show up wearing Red Davils jursey next season..

  2. Getting frustrated with no movement in transfer window, please learn from last year!!! Obviously van gaal busy with wc but hope giggs and Woodward sort something soon! That list what prev red has put down is exciting and would be amazing to see them grace old Trafford

  3. I think if moyes was still here he would have signed Cahill who use to be his attacker and is good friends with him. He would win headers for fellaini

  4. Mop Ed says:

Calm down you guys. Man Utd will win the league under Louis. We have great players and I don’t think we need to sign anyone. Fellani will score us goals next season and in Nani we have the next Ronaldo if managed properly. Fergie and Moyes didn’t know how to manage them, but Louis will.

  5. Mop Ed says:

Just a thought, but what would people think if we signed Drogba from Chelsea and madea cheeky bid for Carragher at Liverpool? Are rivals wouldn’t be happy, but it would help us stop goals at one end and score them at the other. Drogba and Fellaini would terrorise defences!

  6. Mop Ed says:

Last thought boys…..if we sign Ronaldo, put him up front with Drogba and Fellaini and sign Cahill like Anthony says, we would be a force to be reckoned with. Maybe Tevez is the man to fill the midfield void. Tevez, Carrick and Anderson? Attack, Attack, Attack! Louis’ Army!

  7. Mop Ed says:

Hi everyone, what do you reckon to this idea….i went to soccer aid last night with some ex university chums. I watched a guy called Edgar David play. What a player! Don’t know who he plays for, but maybe a cheeky 30m bid would be enough to prize him away from his club. Not sure who he plays for, but he can play.

  8. I agree David’s amazing player. The way he flicks them dreads when runs down the wing is a sight to behold. And he booted that nobody Wilkes . I think if we get the engine room sorted and pair him with redknapp , we’ll boss the prem!

  9. Mop Ed says:

Is it just me or does anyone else think van gal should or could be sacked anytime soon? He has done nothing so far and seems to be only bothered about managing Spain.

  10. I agree just because Spain are champions he’d rather glory hunt with them, we need a decent manager who wants to be at Utd , not sunning himself in Brazil. Where’s bobby Robson these days ? he’d be ideal

  11. Mop Ed says:

Anthony! I’m not been funny, but I presume you mean Bryan Robson. He would be a great manager and just what we need. Don’t think he manages anyone at the moment, unless he is still at Sunderland? Good point made. We need someone who cares as opposed to someone who is only interested in winning Euro 2014.

  12. You say Bryan I say bobby same thing. Anyway him and john Barnes have got the experience to show the world how it’s done. With barnesys flair and Robson s determination it’d be a match made in heaven!at least you talk sense mop ed unlike hissy fit Barmy army! What’s his problem? Boyfriend dumped him? Plenty more fish in the sea mate you’ll get over it
