Man United Close in on Luring €25m Attacker After Lodging Bid

Alexis Sanchez FC BarcelonaLiverpool and Manchester United are reportedly interested in luring Barcelona star Alexis Sanchez this summer.
According to reports, Both English giants have lodged a bid for €25m former Udinese playmaker who is expected to leave Catalan side in the upcoming transfer window.
Sanchez is ready to star for his national side Chile in the world cup and had a decent season with Barcelona as well.
The Chilean scored 21 goals and provided 17 assists last season but Barca ended the season trophyless, want changes and players like him and Fabregas are linked with move away from Nou Camp.
Liverpool have already sealed the signing of Rickie Lambert from Southampton to boost their attack. Moreover, they are also eager to lure his team mate Adam Lallana to add another playmaker.
In such a scenario, Reds do not really need another attacker in Alexis Sanchez when defense and midfield are the key departments that need reinforcements this summer.
Manchester United on the other hand, need to strengthen almost every position and must sign someone like Sanchez who can pay in variety of positions upfront.
Capable of playing as an out and out striker, a winger as well as a secondary striker, Sanchez will largely improve Manchester United’s attack.
Once again, the main obstacle for the Red Devils in luring such a talented star is lack of Champions League football. Will that hinder the move, only time will tell.

if man u sign him, will he remain in bench on bench Rooney or vp…….dis move doesn’t make sense at all

  2. kings says:

his preferred position is flank do it has nothing to do with either Rooney nor rvp

  3. Adam says:

we need a winger who widens the play, not sanchez, with mata and sanchez in the flanks our wingers will be pretty inward. Di Maria would be a nice addition i think

  4. Barry Joe says:

Have u not heard? Even Luis Surez is coming.so get them all and lets start kissing Trouphys not camaras like S.Geread shit.So leave who to play what position for the Legendery Coach.

Learn how to write on English before you start sending your points of view as from what I can remember it is Suarez Trophies and Gerrard and I hate Liverpool but at least I know what they’re called. We don’t need Luis Suarez and be ready for a few shocks at Manchester United in the summer .United Till I Die 43 years and still going strong .

  5. S.D Bello says:

Suarez, Koke, Kroos, Hummels, Shaw, Di Maria, Willian Cavalho all welcom. Fabregas, Sanchez, Clasie, Martins Indi n several odas not needed. Welbeck, Carrik, Fletcher, Evra, Smalling, Young, Cleverley, Fellan, Nani all should be axe out.

  6. Galaxy says:

He will surely improve our team because our main problem is that the wingers are not delivering. Sanchez can play the wing much more than Nani,Valencia and Young.€25m is not too much for him and his age is still ok. Get him,he is much a better bargain than Koke. Miranda is not wort €39m. Jones,Smalling and Evans are good enough. We need somebody that will put up a competition with Raphael and buy a good DM to shield our young back four. Nani,Young,Felani and Cleverly out.Welcome Sanchez, shawn and Di maria.Kagawa can go depending on Fabrigas. if good offer come for Chicharito he can go but not to our rivals.

  7. oneill says:

Sanchez will be a great fit. If u play 3 up front with mata behind them, assisting with crosses and passes. All 3 of them rooney, rvp and sanchez is bound to score. Something neither rooney and rvp could do this season. We also need 2 blitzy wingers who can cross or cut back in to draw defenders or shoot if needs be.

  8. peter says:

I’m man u fan but I think we are getting mad now,we want players but we are failing to buy them that’s idiocy.

  9. Proof Loriroof says:

We need to get off the wishing train now.Fabregas and William Carlvaho first
