As per reports circulating in the media, Liverpool superstar Luis Suarez is linked with a move away from Anfield.
After his recent biting controversy, the Uruguayan international has received a hefty ban from FIFA, a ban that will impact his club football for four months even if he is transferred to another club.
Barcelona are the ones heavily interested in hiring the services of Suarez who won topped Europe’s goal scoring charts alongside Ronaldo last season.
According to reports, Barcelona have agreed terms with Luis Suarez which is still a heavy rumor but also they have started with an absolute joke of an offer to Liverpool.
Barcelona have offered a combined €60m, player plus cash deal with €30m + Alexis Sanchez for the Liverpool hitman who is clearly worth way more.
Perhaps the Catalan giants believe that his antics will convince Liverpool to get rid of him for a cut price but they are wrong.
Liverpool have stuck by him even after all his controversies. Last season, Suarez had to miss the first 6 games with the suspension he received from FA for biting Ivanovic. Even then, the merseysiders kept reiterating that the player is not for sale and eventually did not sell him.
Hence, Reds are going to laugh and ignore this joke of an offer for Suarez just like they did with Arsenal last season.
Last summer, Brendan claimed that a club must pay Luis’s worth to have any hope of signing him and back in March the Liverpool manager stated that Suarez is worth £100m.
He missed 5 opening league games and helped Liverpool qualify for Champions League, led their title charge, finished as top scorer in PL and Europe. Surely, Liverpool can wait 9 games this time but won’t accept any cut price deal even if they do plan to sell him or if the player wants out.
If not the record breaking £100m, Barca should come up with an offer close to €100m to make a strong case.

Liverpool to Laugh at Barcelona's JOKE of an Offer for Suarez

No way will liverpool sell for anything less than 100 mil ,I would take 80mil plus Sanchez only , I don’t think he will be sold due to his value ,but if it’s big big money plus Sanchez I would cash in
I would take 75 mil+ for Suarez
take it…
who care’s what they offer …. he is irriplaceable …. i wanna watch him play… and the money ain’t going in my pocket …. end of…. stroll on Barca
This is an absolute joke of an offer! if Barcelona, and Luis Suarez think their in the drivers seat just because of his misbehavior in the World Cup,they couldn’t be more dillusional! The more of this rubbish that you see makes you think maybe just maybe this was Luis motivation for biting Chellini in the first place. Get 80 quid plus Alexi and let him sod off to Barcalona!
I made this same comment yesterday and I believe that if Barca come in with an offer of 70 million + Sanchez, Liverpool has to sit up and pay attention. When all things considered, I believe that is a solid deal, leaving cash to add players, namely the defence, and adding a world class player in Sanchez. Liverpool would not have to baulk at the 20 million tag for Moreno. They would have the cash if that is who they really wanted.
well isn’t this all very funny, pool fans seem to think its their decision to sell suarez when quite obviously it was all arranged a year ago when re-signed his contract to get the release clause inserted. he’s made you all look very stupid on quite a few occasions and now again with another act of savagery and by nastily giving all you pool fans the two fingered salute… yet you still efend him, no class you lot, defending a disloyal dog like him. Please do continue insisting he ain’t going anywhere, it’s very funny reading how deluded you all are… he’s gone, as good as sold so stop crying like a bunch of babies and get it into your fat heads
Actually , Liverpool are in control, as, apparently, the sell clause only comes in if Liverpool fail to reach the Champions League….which is not the case. Hence, Liverpool are under no obligation to sell at any price unless they feel it is in their best interests to do so. I agree with a lot of the people posting here that an offer where the combined value was in the £80m-£100m range is worth seriously conceding, but not for less. Do think Liverpool need to start to plan for life without Suarez in any case though, as it is likely he will eventually go to Barcelona or Real Madrid after this coming season…hence, for the right deal it might make sense for Liverpool to let it happen sooner and get quality replacements into the squad who can start the season and support the clubs Champions League campaign.
Lmao what you want the situation to be & what it actually is are two different things i’m afraid & while you & almost evey non-LFC fan wants to see the back of Luis so you don’t have to see him score against you next season, the fact is we are in full control due to that very same contract you mention. So instead of you getting a hard on thinking about the prospect of a Suarez-less LFC, i suggest you prepare for the very real possibility of him staying & even if he doesn’t i wouldn’t get too happy cos we’ll just buy another one! That’s what us big clubs do @;0)
hahaha he also made your team look like idiots whenever he has had the opportunity…so we sell him because of this.why don’t you worry about yourself and your club instead of stressing upon LFC fans!!?if ever the FA Premier League Calendar was done before the suspension of Luis Suarez, I am sure we would have played Man U in those first 9 matches….and LOL you very much afraid he might toy with Luke Shaw and Phil Jones (2 England def) in our next match, thus telling us to sell him!!
The price is already set 50m plus Sanchez this is the opening gambit it won’t now take long to get to a deal the problem will be why would you sign a player in July who cant play until November when you are paying around £250-£300K a week that is a lot of money so they might do some sort of deal on the £50m where they accept £48m and split the loss between them
No loyalty my dear drunken friend, unfortunately us ‘pool fans’ (Idve accepted scousers, liverpool fans etc) have the distinct advantage that no player in british history had ever had a buy-out clause succesfully integrated into a contract. It breaches employment laws in this country. So this ‘obvious arrangement’ you speak of is all in your tiny mind. Furthermore, I agree with your man there in saying every club in the league wants suarez gone because his antics evoke hatred and disgust from opposition fans…..and thats something “pool fans” revel in. Like Gary Neville running the length of the pitch to kiss his badge. They make Suarez even more brilliant to watch when he berates you then knocks a hat trick in against you and sends you back down south £250 out of pocket, drunk and miserable.
He’s our player so keep your nose out. Ya beaut.
