Fabregas' Decision: Arsenal v Liverpool v Chelsea v Man United

With the reports coming up that Barcelona no longer need Spanish international Cesc Fabregas, the top premier league clubs are looking to lure him.
As per media outlets, the ex gunner is being targeted by Liverpool, Chelsea, Man United as well as his former club Arsenal.
However, it remains to be seen what Fabregas will decide. Here are the different central midfield scenarios at the mentioned clubs.
Arsenal
Moving back to Arsenal might seem a very intriguing idea but Gunners already have two top CMs in Wilshere and Ramsey who have settled well. In such a scenario, will Arsenal be ready to splash heavy fee to get Cesc back and match his wages?
Moreover, after spending 8 years with the club, Fabregas might look for a new challenge with another club.
Liverpool
The merseysiders need a quality central midfield star for future with Gerrard not getting any younger. Fabregas may have to form a partnership with Henderson and Gerrard in the diamond formation and his versatility is a major plus as well.
Adding to that, Liverpool are on the rise and are playing a style of football in which he can adjust in no time.
Chelsea
Blues have sold the likes of Luiz and Lampard but still have Matic, Mikel, Ramires and Van Ginkel for central midfield positions. Van Ginkel could not play any key role last season being on the injury table while Ramires was average by his standards.
Cesc can form a partnership with strong holding mid player like Matic and among the Champions League clubs, Blues are the ones that are likely to meet his salary demands.
Manchester United
The Red Devils wanted him last summer, failed, want him again but the chances of failure are even higher with Man United not even playing in Europe next season.
Cesc is 27, at the peak of his game and should want CL football at all costs no matter how mouth watering prospect United can be under new manager Louis van Gaal. As far as the need is concerned then United are the ones who are in dire need of a quality central midfield star.
