Manchester United will spend heavily to reinforce their squad for next season once the transfer window opens.
For now, the Red Devils are looking at their option sand have enough time to make a sane decision and not panic buys.
David Moyes is keen to lure quality central midfielders and one name who has been in the limelight is Toni Kroos of Bayern Munich.
However, the German is not the only one. Another player recently linked to the Old Trafford club is Tottenham Hotspur’s midfielder Nabil Bentaleb.
The Algerian 19 year old has played a hand full of games for Spurs and is impressive at his age.
According to Metro, Manchester United are closing in on the $17m rated wonder star as they eye a summer move for the teenager.
Nabil has featured in 10 league games for the London side and has also provided 2 assists. Tim Sherwood has trusted the teenager more than the senior midfielders.
His versatility is the main asset as the Algerian star is more than capable of playing in the attacking midfield role as well.
For the future, Bentaleb is a brilliant option for Spurs but a bid of 17 million dollars may as well tempt them let him go.
Perhaps from Manchester United fans’ view point, they might not want Bentaleb and would hope Moyes will sign a proven experienced players instead of young bright prospects.
