Man United Step Closer to Signing Star after Bidding €30m

William Carvalho SportingThe Red Devils are lining up big money moves for the summer transfer market and midfielders should be the priority.
Veteran Giggs has shown in midweek that perhaps he is the best central midfielder United have because the likes of Fellaini, Fletcher and Carrick have been largely inconsistent for Manchester United.
The English champions are linked with various top midfielders and perhaps Toni Kroos tops the list.
However, there is one versatile midfielder United have been tracking for quite some time. In fact, Man United have scouted him a dozen times. The player in discussion is Sporting Lisbon star William Carvalho.
According to Daily Star, Manchester United have moved a step close to signing Carvalho after bidding €30m for the midfielder.
As per the provided link, Moyes will have a transfer kitty of 200 million pounds next summer to sign top quality stars.
Although they have been hit with a major blow with Edinson Cavani no longer interested in moving to Old Trafford but with the mentioned transfer kitty, United can sign world class stars.
Yes, if they are unable to qualify for the Champions league next season then difficulties are going to be there but they can always pay hefty wages to players and convince them to sign as Man United is a massive brand.
Nevertheless, a combination of Kroos and Carvalho in midfield is going to be mouth watering for United fans.

  1. CAARVALHO – Really cannot understand the way the misery-monger Moyes is treating this acquistion of player CAARVALHO. Moyes and rpt should right away aaccept the buy-out clause before arch rivals snif around and get the player themselves. UTD do not have the attraction of CL.

  2. Moyes should be fast about the signing of kroose, carlvaho, carvani or costa, and a great defenders. without this man u can not win any trophy atall. Finally, please let MOYES go…

  3. Man u should sign Calvaho + Garay + Kroos + Coentrao Reus before the world cup.

Moyes only knows how to maintain six and seventh position in domestic league,so he should be sacked bring in an ambitious coach who can win trophies and satisfy fans all over the world

Moyes is good in buying players that he doesn’t know how to use, mata’s best position is 10 supporting the striker but he don’t want to give the guy the chance. Although is rooney’s position but you got to make things work if you can’t be able to put a play in his right position how do you expect other players whose some player in our squad occupy their postion to come in wen you can’t change things?as RVP is injured now for weeks. Let him use mata in his normal position let him support rooney upfront if you want to see good result dnt use welbeck as the front man and allow rooney to support him unless u want to see ur end as man u manager. Let mata play his position and let us see what he got.

Honestly, moyes don’t knw hw 2use what he got.hw can a man who call himself a coach be playing 2defenders in midfield?felaini and mata ‘re they comparable when it comes to midfield?why can’t moyes combine mata, rooney and kagawa?i think moyes should just leave man utd for good.

  9. Onotu Aliyu says:

I simply agree that mata should be behind rooney that’s upfront. With that we can get positve results. And honestly speaking,Moyes should give Kagawa more playtime. Combine Rooney,Mata and Kagawa. These are players with vast creativity. Its either Moyes takes this idea or he should get sacked.
