Arsenal and Liverpool are currently joint second in the premier league with the merseysiders only ahead on a superior goal difference.
Liverpool’s attack is without doubt fantastic and their strike pair is currently the best in the world at the moment with Suarez and Sturridge flying high.
They do not really need major reinforcements in the attacking setup but depth is one issue that must be solved.
On the other hand, Arsenal lack a top quality striker like other top teams. As far as the attacking midfield is concerned, they have more than a few quality stars.
Still, the gunners are looking to lure more attacking midfield players as lately the likes of Draxler and Griezmann have been linked.
Perhaps Gunners should target Turkish international and Atletico Madrid’s playmaker Arda Turan.
Arsenal should be considered favorites to lure him as the player’s agent himself has claimed that Turan wants to work under Wenger.
“He is interested in working under Arsene Wenger and Arda would like to play in England.”
In such a scenario gunners must make a move for the highly talented 27 year old star who has a release clause of €40m in his contract.
Gunners must hurry as clubs like Liverpool and United are interested as well. Moreover back in 2010 Arda Turan claimed that he is a Liverpool fan.
“As I always mention, Liverpool attracts me because of their tradition. In Europe, I am a Liverpool supporter, so if I go to play in Europe, I would like to play for them.”
Whether or not Arsenal will end up signing the Turkish attacker next summer, only time will tell.

Wenger to go. He has reeatedly failed o strengthen Arsenal at crucial times ie Jan when the gunners had a good lead. Don’tbe surprised it will end all in tears . Wenger has lost the faith ot gunner fans.
If arse-anal don’t make Champions League ( Which looks likely ) They will be only selling,not buying 😉
Arda Turan is a good player,very skillful,he has a lot pace,he can play on both wings. I may like Wenger to sign him.But I will not happy to see wenger sell Cazorla.

Surely for £25m and with Puma apparently ready to pay the rest, why would you not go in for a PROVEN premier league goal scorer and senior International first team player like super Mario??
..AND/or Diego Costa a snip at £32m (release clause). Morata may be good but maybe a more established player that’s actually done something already ..tried and tested if you like. Is what we need right now to lead the front line.
the only problem arsenal has is their medical crew,i dnt know how long it wil take them to realise that they are awful and pertetic for my liking…every season the same excuse of injured players,no club in england has surffered that for nine years.yet they dnt care to notice.
Wenger can achieve everything as he has got a lot of money but he seems more economist even when not necessary, immagine a bid of sthg plus one pound for suarez, nothing else than a joke.
I think we should bring a coach who is ready to listen to the fans. Wenger always want cheap or free agent players as he don’t want to splash the cash. In jan he had a chance to buy a striker but ended up doing nothing ,Arsenal us a big club and the fans pays so much for the tickets to watch their team play, going ten years without a trophy is totally unacceptable
