Why Chelsea Manager thinks Arsenal are Title Favorites

After dominating City in their own back yard, not just ending their perfect winning record at the Etihad but also beating them, Mourinho thinks that Arsenal are title favorites.
Arsenal are currently leading the pack being two points ahead of the nearest rivals Chelsea and Manchester City.
Mourinho is well aware of the fact that in recent years, Arsenal have that tendency of self destructing and that is the reason they have not won a trophy in 8 years.
Then why does the Chelsea manager think that Arsenal are title favorites this time around as he claimed:

“Arsenal are top of the league and they play City at the Emirates, so maybe Arsenal feel now they are the favorites.”

About Chelsea’s chances, Mourinho thinks that the current objective is to build the team not win the title.
Surely the mind games have already started knowing that Arsenal are going into the most difficult phase of the season and may as well falter.
Gunners were on top of the league on new year in 2007-2008 season but in the end finished third. They were well on course to win the title in 2010-2011 season but the form drastically declined in February and disaster struck again as Arsenal finished 4th.
The key reason why Arsenal are so diminant is because they have hardly dropped points against weak oppositions and that consistency has kept them up.
However, their toughest test begins from now on-wards as they just have to get results in the remaining big games as well if they are to win the title.
Liverpool at Anfield is no piece of cake, they absolutely dismantled rivals Everton in the last home game. Arsenal did stop them at the Emirates, but it will be a completely different ball game on Saturday.
Can Arsenal continue to prove the doubters wrong this season, we shall see.
