PLAYER RATINGS – Arsenal vs Liverpool

Arsenal ousted Liverpool from the FA Cup after beating the merseysiders 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium.
Gunners were keen to bounce back against the Reds after their humiliating defeat at Anfield.
Although they did win but their defense was yet again shaky against Liverpool. Sturridge was clean through on goal 3 times but failed to capitalize even once.
He had scored in every game since returning from injury and a player in his form should have done better, hence was disappointed in the end of the game.
Nevertheless, Arsenal converted their chances in an exciting contest and thanks to goals from Podolski and Chamberlain, gunners qualified for the last 8 of the tournament.
