Ozil Biggest Flop – Arsenal Player Ratings vs Bayern

Arsenal were ousted by Bayern Munich in the last year’s Champions league and it looks highly likely that it will be the case this season as well.
The German and European champions have earned a crucial 0-2 victory away from home and it will be near impossible task for gunners to turn that around and qualify for the next round.
Arsenal did score twice last year at the Allianz arena but Bayern are bigger and better and should have learned the lessons as well.
As far as Arsenal player ratings is concerned, there is no doubt that their record signing Mesut Ozil was the flop of the match by some distance.
The German star won the penalty in the first half but since then it was an alarming slide for the former Madrid star.
Ozil missed the penalty, never looked confident and was bitterly frustrated about it. Afterwards he started missing passes like anything.
No idea why he was not substituted, especially in the second half when he was merely walking and Bayern were tormenting his side.
Arsenal fans may hope, but even the heartiest fans know that the tie is virtually all but over.
