Liverpool Tormented & Hence Arsenal want Amazing €50m Star

Manchester United is joined by Arsenal as the contenders to sign the talented Porto defender.
As previously reported, the Red Devils have been targeting the 22 year old star to improve their shaky defense but will have serious competition with gunners interested.
United yet again failed to win at the weekend and dropping points meant that they are now 9 points behind final CL qualification spot.
In case they do not end up qualifying for Champions league then there are heavy chances that a player of Mangala’s caliber may move to another club.
According to renowned Portuguese source A Bola, Arsenal are now in the race to sign the €50m rated defender next summer.
After getting their defense absolutely ripped apart by Liverpool as the Reds tormented them all game, guess Wenger now feels that the defense is not that strong and needs more reinforcements.
However, such a move is still surprising as far as Arsenal is concerned. One, he is too expensive and Arsenal are not renowned for splashing hefty cash all the time.
They did spent a hell lot on Ozil but he was the only permanent signing in the last two windows.
Moreover, with Koscielny, Mertesacker and Vermaelen already there for center back positions, Arsenal do not really need to sign another center back in the form of Mangala.
Hence, United may have some hope, plus they can also pay more wages to lure him to Old Trafford. We shall see how the saga unfolds in summer.
