Liverpool will look to win 3 consecutive games in the premier league and continue their fantastic home form when Aston Villa visit Anfield on Saturday.
Daniel Sturridge returned in the last game against Stoke City and instantly made massive impact by creating and scoring a goal.
In the first fixture at Villa Park, Sturridge was the one to haunt the home side as his superb goal was enough to secure three points for the Reds. The England star should return to the starting lineup for the game.
With SAS starting, the question arises, who will be benched? Will it be Coutinho or Sterling.
Sterling has been brilliant in the absence of Sturridge and slightly if not alot better than the Brazilian playmaker Coutinho. Lately, his pace has been too hot to handle for the defenders and is connecting well with the attacking players.
Also against Stoke, it was Coutinho who left the field to make way for Sturridge and Rodgers may as well opt for a SSS (Suarez Sturridge Sterling) combo against Villa.
Other than that, Sakho may also return to the starting XI to pair up with Martin Skrtel. Here is Liverpool’s possible XI vs Aston Villa.
