Hazard and Torres were on target for the Blues as the Londoners secured all three points to a point ahead of Arsenal.
Once again, Jose Mourinho’s men were not the brightest in the first half but stepped in the second and their best player this season Hazard opened the scoring.
The Belgian star was once again arguably the man of the match on the day as he drove the team forward and troubled Hull City all afternoon.
Torres had a bright game as well and took his goal well, received the ball out of the box, rounded the defender and finished in style.
