Player Ratings – Insane Suarez, Super Liverpool, Dismal Spurs

Liverpool had lost their last 5 league fixtures at White Hart Lane but that’s history as this time Liverpool thrashed Tottenham in their own backyard scoring 5 past them.
Manager Andre Villas Boas was left frustrated by his team’s performances. It was inevitable that the key man was going to be Luis Suarez. However, Spurs were also at fault for their own destruction.
Playing a very high line helped Liverpool as they ripped Tottenham’s defense apart at will. On the other hand, in the absence of Gerrard, the central midfielders Lucas, Allen and especially Henderson put in stellar performances.
