IMAGE: Mirallas Survives Red for Horror Tackle on Liverpool Star

The football fans perhaps witnessed the best merseyside derby of the premier league era as Liverpool and Everton played a 3-3 draw at Goodison.
Liverpool took an early lead in the 5th minute thanks to Coutinho but the Toffees equalized within minutes as Mirallas netted home from close range.
The Belgian international was lucky to play the game out as he attempted more than a few idioitc challenges sepcifically the horror tackle on Suarez when Liverpool led 2-1.
That should have been a straight red card there and then but fortunately for Everton, Mirallas survived.
Suarez was already suffering pain in his knee that Belgian star amplified, it was baffling that Referee only brought out a yellow as he had clear view of the incident.
