Group E had the same results last night as they had on Match Day 3. Chelsea defeated Schalke 3-0 in Germany and repeated the result last night to go top of the group.
Jose Mourinho’s men were determined to prove themselves after a shocking defeat at the hands of Newcastle last weekend.
Fernando Torres was out inured but in his absence, the remaining striker shone for Chelsea to earn all three points.
Samuel Eto’o was given the nod to start and he did not disappoint as he netted a brace and was arguably the man of the match on the night.
A goal in each half for the Cameroonian international helped the Blues and later on Senegalese striker Demba Ba came on to score the final goal of the night.
Chelsea will play West Brom next at Stamford Bridge and wil hope to continue the winning run. More importantly the fans will be hoping that the form of strikers remain consistent as that has not been the case this season.

Milkel is superb last night he is my MOTM
i said it, mikel rules. He is the best holding midfielder chelsea has. U can use lamps in any position other than the holding one, he cramps ramires’style. Mikel learnt from the best, makelele.
