EPL Awards: All Liverpool in August – All Arsenal in September

Liverpool were on top of the premier league in the end of August as they won all the games and conceded none.
Deservedly, Rodgers and Daniel Sturridge (scored all goals for Liverpool) won the manager and player of the month awards for August.
However, Reds lost their superb form after international break, drew and lost their first two games of September and then bounced back.
On the other hand, Arsenal have been fantastic, after first game defeat at the hands of Villa, they won 5 premier league games in a row.
Gunners won every game in the month of September and now currently top the premier league table with 16 points (ahead of Liverpool on goals scored).
As it was all Liverpool in August, it is all Arsenal in September as far as premier league awards are concerned.
Arsene Wenger and Aaron Ramsey who has arguably been their best player this season thus far have deservedly won the premier league manager and player of the month awards.
Arsenal lost their fantastic winning streak after drawing against West Brom at the weekend.
They will hope that their players will return in form after the International break to retain their top spot.
